When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, your selected contact method, your email address or WhatsApp number, and any message you choose to provide. We do not maintain a separate enquiry database through this website.

We use submitted information to review and respond to your request, arrange requested concierge services, communicate about bookings and logistics, prevent abuse, and protect the security of the website.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-focused Web Analytics. Resend delivers enquiry emails to our staff inbox. These providers may process limited technical information according to their own privacy terms and our service configurations.

When needed to fulfil a request, we may also share relevant information with carefully selected hotels, restaurants, transport providers, venues or other suppliers. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and cookies

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate information about visits and website performance without advertising profiles. We do not use advertising trackers.

Retention and security

Resend delivery records and the destination inbox are the system of record for website enquiries. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver services, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect our business.
