Our service

Dai Kha is a Thailand-based luxury concierge. We arrange travel, dining, wellness and lifestyle experiences with independent suppliers such as hotels, restaurants, drivers and venues. All arrangements are subject to availability.

Enquiries, quotes and bookings

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. We will communicate any proposal, price, payment requirement, supplier terms and confirmation directly. A booking is confirmed only when we expressly confirm it.

Third-party suppliers

Independent suppliers are responsible for the products and services they provide. Their availability, rules, fees, cancellation terms and safety requirements may apply to your booking and will be communicated where relevant.

Changes and cancellations

Policies vary by supplier and arrangement. Contact us as early as possible if plans change. Refunds, credits or change fees remain subject to the applicable supplier terms.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful requests, attempt to disrupt its operation, or infringe the rights of Dai Kha or others.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, images, designs, name and logos belong to Dai Kha or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dai Kha is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or acts or omissions of independent suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations in Thailand, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
